QR Code for Reviews and Feedback
A review QR code helps collect feedback right after a purchase, visit, or service. This is easier than asking customers to search for the page manually.
Where it should lead
It can lead to Google Maps, a company page, a rating questionnaire, or a short feedback form.
Where to place it
It works well at checkout, inside an order box, on a receipt, on an exit sticker, or in an email after purchase.
Tip
Add a short call to action nearby: “Leave a review” or “Rate the service in 10 seconds”. This increases the number of scans.
How to increase the number of reviews
A QR code works better when people understand the value and time needed. Add a short text near the code: “Help us improve” or “Your review matters to the team”.
Place the QR right after the contact point: on a receipt, package, pickup counter, post-order email, or waiting area. The fewer steps to the review form, the higher the chance of a response.
